STEP ONE: DISCOVERY
We get to know you and your business goals. Together, we will come up with the best way to approach the website to meet these goals. Here are some important questions we usually ask:
What kind of business do you have or want to create?
If you have an existing website, what it is? What do you not like about it? What are some example sites that you like? This is one of the most important questions we ask. Because there are so many variations of websites, and everyone has diferent tastes, this allows us to greatly narrow down what it is your looking for.
What functionality do you want your site to have? Is the site a visual brochure style site? Will it have e-commerce wil it be required to do intelligent functionality? Again, what are some examples?

STEP TWO: DESIGN
After we have a clear mutual understanding of what you want in a website, we will create a draft of the potential website. The draft will be created in Photoshop and other design programs so we can quickly make revision without involving code. Choosing stock photos or taking custom photos will be an important part of this step.
During this stage, there is the most feedback from the client. The client can see how the website is going to look, even though it is not yet on website live. But concepts and drafts can be quickly presented without worrying about coding. Once we decide on a draft we move onto coding.
-
STEP 3: BUILD
Now, we program the visual draft we created. You will be able to see progress on a link on the web but it will not be live on your domain.
There is generally less client interaction during this stage because it is mostly coding. However, once it is fully coded we can experience the website exactly like it would be when live but on a private link. For example, yoursite.crswebdesigns.com.
Once we have completed the site and tested everything thoroughly we go live.

STEP 4: LAUNCH
Once your website is 100% approved by the client we go live. This will require domain and hosting. We will instruct you on exactly what to do so you will have complete ownership of your website and your domain. Generally it will take Google around 4 weeks to start recognising and indexing the new site.
Throughout this process, we will keep you informed and keep things simple and clear.
LET’S MAKE SOMETHING AWESOME.
