Bruce Kenna and Kevin Sharkey are experienced trial and appellate lawyers. Each has tried more than 100 jury trials; each has tried literally hundreds of cases to judges only, and each has briefed and argued dozens of appellate cases before the N.H. Supreme Court and before various U.S. Courts of Appeal.

Roughly 80% of the Kenna & Sharkey practice consists of criminal or criminal-related cases at all levels including complex white collar matters, internal corporate investigations, grand jury investigations, homicides, street-crime cases, and hundreds of motor vehicle related matters such as DWIs, reckless driving, driving after license suspension, etc.

The other 20% of our practice involves civil litigation, including personal injury matters, insurance coverage issues, forfeitures, and other civil litigation, often involving government agencies.
